At Cozy, we strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
COD (Cash on Delivery) Refunds
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI. Customers will be required to provide their bank account details or UPI ID. The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and approved.
Exchange
We offer exchanges only in case of size issues or defective products, subject to availability.
Return Shipping
Shipping charges for returns may be applicable and will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
